There is a wide spread here because DPF work is really four different services sold under one name. On some vehicles the DPF is a bolt on canister and comes out in twenty minutes, while on others it is buried behind the turbo, integrated with the catalytic converter, and needs the exhaust manifold heat shields, sensors and sometimes the intercooler piping out first, which can add two hours of labour.
